Without objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 52(RES) was adopted and read the second time. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 52(RES) was read the third time. Senators Pearce, Kelly, Ward, Halford, Sharp, Taylor, Torgerson, Green, Leman, Miller moved and asked unanimous consent that they be shown as cross sponsors on the resolution. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Duncan rose to a point of order regarding Masons Manual Section 112. President Miller noted that Senator Taylor had requested the leave of the body, and stated that Senator Duncans point was well taken.
